The ATACS Model 8024-2e Hot-Bonder is specifically engineered to perform high-temperature cure
operations required to bond composite, metal, or fiberglass repair materials. The two-zone architecture
allows two independent cures to be performed at once. The proprietary ATACS microprocessor-based
system and software automatically control cure temperature to one or two of an unlimited amount of
saved profiles. The operator controls cure operation through a Microsoft® Windows® based graphical
interface. The displays are easy to navigate and very intuitive. The start-up procedure is easy and takes as
little as 10 seconds to be in an active cure. The Hot-Bonder automatically alerts the operator to any
conditions jeopardizing cure performance or safety.
